Electronic Arts (EA) and Starz Media have announced they will be producing a Dead Space animated movie prequel to the upcoming videogame. This is the first EA game to be turned into an animated feature by Starz Media. There are two additional, and unannounced, EA franchises which Starz Media is also working on animating.
